PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable waist pouch with a baby nursing belt which facilitates sewing during the production thereof. SOLUTION: The waist pouch with a baby nursing belt has a baby nursing band part 20 so arranged on the body 1 of the waist pouch as to be housed thereinto. First and second roughly belt-like link bands 6 and 7 have each one end thereof fixed inside a bag 10 of the body 1 of the waist pouch body while the other end thereof is made guidable outside the bag 10. In the baby nursing band 20, upper and lower suspension bands 23 and 22 are detachably connected together and a part of the lower suspension band 22 is folded to form a fold part 26. The second link band 7 is applied on the fold part 26 and the tip part thereof is piled on the first band 6 and furthermore, on the root side of the second link band 7 to be sewn.
