A new and distinct cultivar of Delphinium plant named "Delga Stam', as described and illustrated, and particularly characterized by green leaf color, violet blue/greyed-green flower color, upward facing flowers, new flowers grow from the center of existing flower after 4-8 weeks, flowers are persistent without adding pretreatment, much higher stem production per plant.
