A display device and a user setting menu providing method are provided to enable a color converting unit to convert the color style of a user setting menu generated by an OSD generating unit, thereby providing user setting menus suitable for various tastes of users. An OSD(On Screen Display) generating unit(60) generates a user setting menu. A color converting unit(70) converts the generated user setting menu into various styles of colors. A user input unit(50) receives a control command and data from a user. A control unit(80) controls the color converting unit to convert the user setting menu into the color of a selected style if the conversion of the user setting menu into the color of a predetermined style is selected from the user input unit.
