<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knockdown gate-shaped lift which can be installed without damaging the inside of a narrow bathroom within the bathroom. <P>SOLUTION: By extremely slightly inclining the angle of left and right poles 6 and 7 to the side of a wall, the surface of the wall is suppressed by legs 8 and 9 of the left and right poles with a force of a certain degree to stabilize the entire lift. In order to install the pole 7 at the edge of a bathtub, one side of a strong and thin profiled angle 26 is mounted on the rear side of the leg and the other side is inserted between the bathtub and the surface of the wall. In such a case, a lateral deviation-proofing device is extended from side to side on the entire upside, and plates on the tips of right and left elongating/ contracting arms are fixed while being pushed into the surface of the wall with a force of a certain degree with a protector inserted between them.
