PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breaking of a medal guide nozzle of a medal dispenser without changing the movable range of the medal guide nozzle. SOLUTION: A resistance applying mechanism 22 consists of a resistance adjusting member 23 and a resistance applying member 24. The resistance adjusting member 23 is made of an elastic material, and consists of strong resistance applying parts 23a and weak resistance applying parts 23b. In playing a game, when the medal guide nozzle 12 is rotated, the weak resistance parts abut to the resistance applying member 24 one after another, so that the medal guide nozzle can be rotated with a small force. When the medal guide nozzle 12 is set above a medal tray of a slot machine, the strong resistance applying parts 23a abut to the resistance applying member 24, so that the medal guide nozzle 12 cannot be rotated without applying a strong force.
