PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out high quality photographing by means of a simple and economical structure by using the same photographing section for different instruments. SOLUTION: A radiographic image information recording and reading instrument 10 is provided with the photographing section 12 once recording radiographic image information in a storage fluorescent sheet IP, an image recording carrier arrangement section 14 arranging the storage fluorescent sheet IP at a photographing position, a reading section 16 photoelectrically reading the radiographic image information recorded on the storage fluorescent sheet IP. A bucky mechanism 26 and a photo-timer 28 forming the photographing section 12 are arranged in a casing 30. This casing 30 is removable to an instrument main body 10a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
