PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the rewriting of a control program in connection with the control device of a washed rice cooker or the like. SOLUTION: In a control device operating and outputting external output equipment such as an actuator or the like on the basis of a control program stored in a nonvolatile memory that can be electrically erased and rewritten in response to set input information and detection information from switches and sensors or the like necessary for control, a control computer and some of the external output equipment are electrically connected through a harness 102, a connector plate 106 having connector terminals 105 is electrically connected by branching a halfway point of the harness 102, and the connector terminals and the rest of the external output equipment are connected.
