PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separator for a juicer which can be adjusted according to a change of eating texture and to species of ingredients employed, thereby improving versatility. SOLUTION: The centrifugal separator is fixed with a cutter 17 on the bottom section of a water percolable basket filter 14, which is spun by a motor unit 12 in unity with the cutter 17, and which is formed with a plurality of discharge openings with different opening areas 14g, 14h on the peripheral face thereof, while the plurality of discharge openings 14g, 14h are selectively opened or closed by an adjustment ring member 15.
