PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant culturing apparatus capable of maximally utilizing natural light and service water and housing triple seedlings and potted plants compared with conventional culturing benches of greenhouses having the same floor area, scarcely causing high-temperature and low-temperature hindrance and efficiently culturing seedlings and potted plants having uniform growth by uniform watering amount, solar radiation and current of ventilation. SOLUTION: The plant culturing apparatus is obtained by arranging a tray rotator (3) for culturing and housing plants in rows and engaging a driving motor (9) with a transmission part. A greenhouse (12) surrounding the culturing apparatus is equipped with finely atomizing spray nozzles arranged inside and outside, an air conditioner operated by a ventilation fan (13a), etc., and a reflecting apparatus having a mirror plane body.
