<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing steel wires in a tread part of a waste tire, an apparatus for it and a method for recycling it. <P>SOLUTION: The method for removing the steel wires from the tread part of the tire is characterized by dividing a part containing the tread part from the tire, turning inside out the inner face and the outer face of the tread part and turning over it, induction-heating the turned-over tread part, cutting open a part expanded by heating, and removing the steel wires. The apparatus for removing the steel wires comprises a fixing means for fitting the turned-over tread part, an induction heating means for induction-heating the tread part, a cutting means for cutting and cutting open the part expanded by heating, a steel wire removing means for removing the steel wires.
