PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new steel sheet-reinforced sheet with advantages such as an extreme lightweight, a high reinforcing performance and the capability of solving problems, e.g. the contamination of a conversion treatment fluid, the generation of a formalin and the dermal irritation of an operator. SOLUTION: This steel sheet-reinforced sheet is structured of a constraint layer and a foamed resin layer and is characterized in that the constraint layer is formed of a resin cloth.
