<p>The invention relates to a disc-shaped deburring tool (3) for shearing off burrs projecting beyond the face of work wheels (1) that are denticulated on the periphery thereof, comprising at least one blade (22) that is assigned to the disc broad side. The aim of the invention is to obtain an improved design of a deburring tool of the aforementioned type that is advantageous with regard to use. This is achieved by the provision of an inhomogeneous edge area of the disc (3) that has at least one blade (22). Another aim of the invention is to provide the cutting edge (63), which runs in the peripheral direction, with a multitude of radial niches (64, 64'), whereby adjacent radial niches (64, 64') meet in an edge line (65) while each forming a corner (66) with the cutting edge (63). The invention also provides that the chips are carried away without the use of a fluid flushing agent, for example, by compressed air or vacuum. The chips can also be mechanically removed. Chips adhering to the deburring tool can be removed by bristles. A demagnetization device is also provided.</p> |
