Lugs of a stay member which is hinged to the sighting member for setting the sighting-member inclination are held engaged in selected notches of the base member by a sprung-up tongue; in an alternative form of aid a stay member engages in transverse slots. Head movement is observed as apparent movement of the disc-marking within the aperture.
