<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluid supply and suction technology using a pressurized circulation circuit in which a fluid to be pressurized and supplied to the inner pipe of coaxial double pipes is supplied as a jet stream into a negative pressure environment between inner and outer pipes by a reverse jet nozzle part or a collision inversion part with respect to the flowing direction of the fluid, a circulating flow circuit is formed between the double pipes and the momentum transfer pump action of the rear portion of the reverse jet stream is used for the suction in the outer pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The outer pipe of double catheter pipes is used for suction, the inner pipe is used as a gas/liquid pressurized jet stream path, the inversion part or the nozzle part capable of backwards inverting the direction of the jet stream is provided on the front end of the inner pipe, the inversion part or the nozzle part is protruded from a suction pipe port to supply a liquid medicine to or to treat a diseased part or a thrombus, and the nozzle part is pulled into the suction pipe to suck and collect the jetted liquid medicine or pieces of the diseased part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
