<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the back-formation of dioxins in waste gas after denitrification processing. <P>SOLUTION: A denitration reaction apparatus 13 comprises a tower type vessel 14 which is provided with an inlet 15 at the bottom and an outlet 16 at the top and in which a denitrification catalyst 5 is housed. The denitrification reaction apparatus 13 is erected by a support frame. The lower end of a chimney 18 arranged on the upper part of the denitration reaction apparatus 13 is directly connected to the outlet 16. A bag filter 9, an induced draft fun 11, an induced draft fan silencer 12, and a denitrification waste gas reheater 10 are provided in a serial order from a upstream side to the waste gas line 8 to which the waste gas 6 is guided from a combustion furnace, and the inlet 15 of the denitrification reaction apparatus 13 is connected to the downstream side. The waste gas 6 sent to the downstream side by the induced draft fan 11 after dust collecting processing by using the bag filter 9 is reheated to a required temperature after muffling and is made to flow into the denitrification reaction apparatus 13. Thereafter, the waste gas 6 of the decomposed dioxins is promptly guided to the chimney 18 at the same time a denitrification processing is performed, and is exhausted into the air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
