PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-moistened wipe and a skin lotion having high moisture-retention and low skin stimulation and useful for the wiping of the skin. SOLUTION: The pre-moistened wipe is produced by impregnating a fiber material with an aqueous solution of the monomer and/or polymer of 2- methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine and packaging the impregnated material with a packaging material.
