PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laboratory table having an instrument fixing rail by which an experimental device to be mounted is easily prevented from upset even on installing the laboratory table in any position of a laboratory. SOLUTION: An instrument fixing rail 3 of C shape steel is embedded in the same surface as the top plate 2 upper surface of a laboratory table 1. Movable hook fittings 4 are movably fixed to the instrument fixing rail 3 via a fixing bolt, and a fixing belt 13 is passed through the belt hole of the movable hook fittings 4. The fixing belt 13 is laid over the pedestals of a gas chromatograph 16 and a monitor 17 mounted on the laboratory table 1, is returned to the original position again through the punch hole of the movable hook fitting 4 fixed to the opposite side, is made to make a U-turn through the fastener, and is pulled. Thereby, the fixing belt 13 is fastened tightly and the instruments are fixed on the laboratory table 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
