<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for connecting a plurality of food dough to extrude the continuous bar-like food dough, by which the pulsation of the bar-like food dough and the like can be prevented to stabilize the extrusion state, therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus for connecting a plurality of the food dough to extrude the continuous bar-like food dough, agitation bars revolved in a circular space formed between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder are arranged along the flow of the food dough passing through the circular space.
