<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red color-developing heat-sensitive recording material which shows high sensitivity and superb shelf stability and is almost free from a texture blushing. <P>SOLUTION: This red color-developing heat-sensitive recording material has a heat-sensitive color-developing layer composed mainly of a normally colorless or pale-tone color-developing chemical, a developing compound which thermally develops a color in the color-developing compound and a sensitizer, formed on a support. In this material, a 3-diethylaminobenzo[a]fluoran as a color-developing compound, an m-terphenyl or a 1,2-diphenoxymethylbenzene as the sensitizer and a chemical compound represented by formula (1) R1 is an alkyl group or a cyclohexyl group each having four or less carbon atoms and R2 in an alkyl group with four or less carbon atoms), are added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
