PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge/feed stopper to be used for an inverted liquid medicine feeder which can quantitatively feed or volatilize a liquid medicine such as a deodorant throughout a utility period, facilitates work for inserting and fitting the medicine feeder to a discharge port and can be produced at low cost. SOLUTION: In the discharge/feed stopper to be used for an inverted liquid medicine feeder/volatilizer, the top portion in contact with a volatilization body provided on the inverted liquid medicine feeder/volatilizer has a flange-like form.
