PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that similar renditions are defective in novelty since a report by light is flashy only to draw attention in a conventional game machine. SOLUTION: When a report processing is performed concerning an internal prize-winning mode, a sub-CPU 51 identifies the kind of a hit request flag which is comprised in a start command, and selects a rendition sound corresponding to the prize winning mode of the identified hit request flag. An IR light-emitting diode 25 is controlled for light emission based on the selected rendition mode, and an IR image glows which is invisible to the naked eyes. The IR image is not recognized without using an IR scope 26, so that completely new rendition light is obtained, which is different in taste from the rendition light of a conventional slot machine which is flashy only to draw attention. Thus, the report by the light provides novelty which is not obtained in a conventional manner, and, then, amusement is raised in the report rendition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
