PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding water discharged from an elevated water reservoir installed on the top of a building as water for fire-fighting in the case of a fire in the building. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with the elevated water reservoir on the roof of the building, a pressurizing pump for sucking/feeding water, a means for applying compressed air to the pump and a chamber for eliminating pulsing of water fed out of the pump. In the apparatus, water is delivered into the building by applying the compressed air to the pressurizing pump and operating the pump in the case of a fire and in such a case, as water to be delivered, jet water mixing air and water in advance and having no puling can be provided by using the chamber.
