PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter measure for heat in the wearing of a cape in view of the need for taking care of customers sensitive to heat when the cape is worn for protecting clothing of the customers from pollution due to the use of chemicals or hairs cut during the hair cutting service at barber shops, beauty parlors or the like. SOLUTION: A frame C(1-C) part of an inner frame (1) is wound with a loop-and-hook fastener (3) sewn on an outwardly curved (2-A) rim and a frame B(2-B) is placed at the root of each thigh part of the customer to put the cape (2) on the customer.
