<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made container which enables selling of heated beverage aseptically put in the resin-made container, restricts an increase in internal pressure of the container when temperature increases, and has a satisfactory appearance, and to provide a beverage put in the resin-made container. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin-made container 2 which is filled with sterilized beverage at room temperatures after the inside of the container is sterilized, the container main body 14 of the container 2, except the mouth 4 thereof, has positive pressure panels 17 which, when pressure in the container becomes higher than pressure applied during the filling of the container with the beverage, receives the internal pressure of the container and deforms, thereby reducing the internal pressure. After deforming, the positive pressure panels 17 are situated in positions that are the same as or further inside than the positions of the faces of the basic outside shape of the container main body 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
