PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim structure to reliably hold airtightness of a tubeless tire fitted in a rim, to facilitate assembly of a spoke to the rim, and to facilitate spoke wheel assembly where the spoke is assembled to the rim, in a cycle spoke rim wheel for a tubeless tire. SOLUTION: In the rim 3 comprising a tire bead part mounting wall 4 situated on the outer periphery side of the rim 3; a rim belly face wall 12 disposed on the inner periphery side through a hollow part 13 based on the tire bead part mounting wall 4; and a spoke hole 14 formed in the rim belly face wall 12, and in the rime 3 where a nipple 15 is fitted in the spoke hole 14 for locking and the spoke 24 is joined in a screw-in state with the nipple 15, a cycle spoke rim wheel for a tubeless tire is formed that the tire bead part mounting wall 4 is formed into a solid wall, and a nipple hole 11 in which the nipple is inserted is formed in a rim side wall 10 at the side of the spoke hole 14 in which the nipple 15 is fitted for locking.
