PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move an electro-driving foot rest of a wheel chair in an upward or downward direction by one lifter device for resting both legs. SOLUTION: A threaded shaft 6 is supported to rotate freely, but, not to move in a vertical direction. A foot rest guide shaft 9 is arranged in parallel with the threaded shaft 6. A foot rest arm 13 is guided by the foot rest guide shaft 9 to be moved up and down. The threaded shaft 6 is rotated by a motor 3. A nut 12 threadably fitted to the threaded shaft 6 is connected to an upper part of the foot rest arm 13 and then one foot rest 19 is connected to a lower end of the foot rest arm 13.
