PURPOSE: A signal transmission system is provided to transmit the signals with no errors at a fast rate nor affect from skews given from every signal line by securing with control the optimum signal fetching timing of a receiving circuit for each signal line in response to the skews of each signal line. CONSTITUTION: Timing control circuits(531-533) control the optimum signal fetching timing of input latches(541-543), in response to the skews of signal lines(521-52n) respectively. That is, a strobe signal clock(clk1), whose timing is controlled by the circuit(531) in consideration of the skews of the line(521) is supplied to the latch(541) which fetches data(DD1). Then a strobe signal(clkn) whose timing is controlled by the circuit(533) in consideration of the skews of the line(52n) is supplied to the latch(543) which fetches the data(DDn).
