<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in an electric vehicle with a center part of a handle bar fixed to an upper end of a steering shaft and both end parts of the handle bar bent to the rear of the steering shaft to form a looped handle bar. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric vehicle with the center part of the handle bar 12 fixed to the steering shaft 13 and both end parts 12a of the handle bar 12 bent to the rear of the steering shaft 13 to form the looped handle bar 12, a switch box 23 is attached to a portion coming from the upper end of the steering shaft 13 to the both ends 12a of the bent handle bar 12. Turn indicator switches 22 and 22 are arranged side by side to the right and left on a vehicular advancing direction rear end part of the switch box 23, and a speed adjusting knob 28 is arranged on its upward facing face.
