<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler dispersion system resin sheet having a small linear expansion coefficient and free from warping or curling, a liquid crystal substrate using the filler dispersion system resin sheet, and a liquid crystal display unit comprises the liquid crystal substrate, and also to provide a substrate for an electroluminescence display and a substrate for a solar battery using the filler dispersion system resin sheet, and an electroluminescence display unit using the substrate for the electroluminescence display. <P>SOLUTION: The filler dispersion system resin sheet comprises at least an epoxy resin layer constituted of a filler-containing epoxy resin layer sandwiched between two filler-free epoxy resin layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
