A perpetual mobile using moment energy as power is provided to obtain cheap energy without pollution or contamination by using the moment energy as power every where the gravity is applied. A perpetual mobile using moment energy as power includes a rotating body(4). The rotating body has spokes of a bicycle wheel. The perpetual mobile obtain the energy by using gravity and repulsive force of magnetic force. The perpetual mobile obtains rotating force by generating the moment energy from a position difference changed by changing a distance from a center of the rotating body using magnetic property. Two movable weights are 180 degree symmetric with respective to the rotating body.
