摘要 A highly conducting resin-coated metal sheet is provided to increase conductibility of the metal sheet even if contact pressure is small in the bonded part between metal sheets by including an organic resin and an inorganic particle in the resin film. A highly conducting resin-coated metal sheet is formed with a resin film on a surface of a metal sheet. In a roughness curved line of the resin-coated metal sheet, a peak count level(2H) is 2.54mum, arithmetic(PPI) per 2.54cm is more than 10, and kurtosis is less than 5.0 in the roughness curved line. Average film thickness(Y) is less than 1.2mum. The Y and PPI satisfy the following formula; Y<=0.003XPPI+0.65. The resin film includes an organic resin and an inorganic particle.
