A gear case assembly is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and manufacture upper and lower gear cases easily by forming a lower surface of the upper gear case and an upper surface of the lower gear case to be planar. A gear case assembly comprises an upper gear case, a lower gear cases(10), upper shrouds, lower shrouds(13), and scroll cases(38). The upper and the lower gear cases contain a driving shaft, at least one rotary shaft(32), and a power transmitting unit, and are horizontally divided. The upper and the lower shrouds are integrally formed at an end region of the upper and the lower gear cases respectively and forms one surface guiding a fluid, which is circulated by an impeller(43) that is connected to the rotary shaft. The upper and the lower shrouds are horizontally divided. The scroll cases are installed on the end region of rotary shafts of the upper and the lower gear cases to be faced to the upper and the lower shrouds. A lower surface of the upper gear case and a lower surface of the upper shroud are located on the same surface. An upper surface of the lower gear case and an upper surface of the lower shroud are located on the same surface.
