An electrodeless lighting apparatus for a street light is provided to lower an inner temperature of the lighting apparatus by inserting a cooling member into a through-hole formed on a surface of upper and lower cases. An electrodeless lighting apparatus for a street light includes a case(100), a magnetron(300), a resonator, an electrodeless bulb(600), and a cooling member(700). The case includes upper and lower cases and forms an inner space between the upper and lower cases. The magnetron is implemented in the inner space and emits a high frequency electromagnetic wave. The resonator is fixed on one side of the magnetron and resonates to emit the electromagnetic wave. The electrodeless bulb is arranged inside the resonator and emits light. The cooling member is inserted into a through-hole formed on a surface of the upper and lower cases, such that the heat is radiated from the inner space to outside.
