<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant with which an ink having high color developing property with little oozing on a plain paper and having not only sufficient color developing property but gloss and fixing property on a single-purpose paper can be produced, to provide a method for manufacturing the dispersant, and to provide a dispersion prepared by using the dispersant, a water-based ink prepared using the dispersion and a printed material recorded by using the water-based ink. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersant is produced by polymerizing one or more kinds selected from monomers, oligomers and macromers having a reactive group in a solvent by using a hydrophobic radical polymerization initiator, or further by polymerizing one or more kinds selected from monomers, oligomers and macromers having a reactive group and one or more kinds selected from monomers, oligomers and macromers having a hydrophilic group. The dispersion is prepared by using the above dispersant, the water-based ink is prepared by using the dispersion, and the recorded material is obtained by using the water-based ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
