PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly position a pin of a crank shaft on the spindle axis in a short time by a simple and inexpensive mechanism. SOLUTION: An engagement/disengagement device interposed between a spindle and a rotating body is disengaged while a journal is clamped to the rotating body which is turnably supported by the spindle around the axis parallel to the spindle axis with the deviation by the offset of the pin of the crank shaft, and a pin pushing body is advanced toward the spindle axis, the worked pin is pushed and positioned at the position separate from the axis of rotation by a predetermined distance. The spindle is rotated by one half of the rotational angle of division of the crank shaft, a pin to be machined next is positioned on the spindle axis, and the engagement/disengagement device is engaged.
