PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for a vehicle capable of effectively absorbing or relaxing a vibration or a shock receiving from a road surface. SOLUTION: The suspension device is provided with an upper arm assembly 10; a lower arm assembly 20 provided with a bump stopper connected to a lower bracket of a drive shaft assembly and starting to contact with a stopper bracket of a chassis frame at the same value or more as an optionally set load reference value making a load flowing from the road surface as a base at an upper surface; a strut assembly 36; and an upper mount 38 fixed to the car body. The suspension device is constituted of a shock absorber provided with a bump stopper starting to contact with a striking plate 34 of the strut assembly 36 at a value not more than the reference value at an upper surface and a stabilizer.
