<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium which is highly evaluated in terms of recording sensitivity, image contrast before and after recording, regenerated signal (C/N ratio) and environmental resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The optical recording medium has two recording layers, i.e., a first recording layer (2) and a second recording layer (3).
