<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the generation of unsatisfactory sealing as to a packaging device which folds the periphery of a film F toward the bottom side of a product G for heat sealing and copes with a change in the thickness of the film F superimposed for heat sealing and caused by the change of a product G. <P>SOLUTION: This stretch packaging device folds the periphery of a film covering a product G toward the bottom side of the product G and heat seals its superimposed part. The device is provided with a back folding panel 71, a front side fixing member 72, a back folding panel transporting motor and a control part. The panel 71 and the member 72 hold the superimposed part of the film F to be heat sealed. The motor presses the superimposed part of the film F through the member 72 and the panel 71. The control part controls the motor and regulates the pressure to be applied to the superimposed part of the film F according to the characteristics of the product G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
