PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrically conductive metal oxide nanotubes. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive metal oxide nanotubes contain one or more metal elements in the internal spaces of metal oxide nanotubes. In the above electrically conductive metal oxide nanotubes, the metal oxide is titanium oxide. In either of the above electrically conductive metal oxide nanotubes, the metal oxide nanotubes consist of MeO6(Me is a metal element) octahedrons having one or more selected from each vertex, side and face in common.
