OXYGEN PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate an oxygen pump without the dew condensation of steam even when gaseous oxygen is discharged from a high temperature high humidity atmosphere. SOLUTION: The oxygen pump is composed of an oxygen pump element 21 on both surfaces of which electrodes are formed and a water-repellently treated heat insulating material 33 arranged to surround a heating means 29 and having air permeable function 34. The oxygen pump has high durability and is capable of effectively discharging gaseous oxygen and being used sanitarily without the dew condensation of steam contained in air flowing into the oxygen pump element by applying water repellent treatment on the heat insulating material.
