PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separator of a juicer that can unerringly block a discharge opening without involving wear of the inwall of an opening and closing wall even if used for a long period. SOLUTION: A centrifugal separation basket 25 having a filter portion 30a in which many small holes 30e to pass the juice content of an ingredient are formed on its periphery is provided with discharge openings 31a and 31b to permeate fibers. An adjustment ring 26 having blocking portions 34a, 34b and 34c to block the discharge openings 31a and 31b is provided in the outside periphery of the centrifugal separation basket 25 by rotatably engaging with the centrifugal separation basket 25. The part of the filter portion 30a in which the blocking portions 34a, 34b and 34c slide when the adjustment ring 26 rotates is a non-mesh portion 30d in place of the small holes 30e.
