PURPOSE: A method for using self-hypnotism for learning by using a communication network, the Internet, and a computer is provided to popularize the hypnotism to general persons by adding an advantage of the self-hypnotism to the hypnotism of other and fixing a disadvantage. CONSTITUTION: A program containing the objective materials is selected from the Internet or is operated on the computer. An experienced person or a learner selects a condition fit to a situation. The learner keeps on the learning while inducing and deepening the hypnotism by synchronizing a present state with a suggestion. The learning and the experience are happened in the hypnotism by accepting the suggestion of the objective materials or selecting on/off of a selected tool.
