PURPOSE: A system and a method for trading the online offering job/job seeking are provided to efficiently search the job information by optimizing a condition of a job seeker corresponding to against an employment condition of a job offerer. CONSTITUTION: A general server(17) communicates with a job seeker terminal(13) and a job offerer terminal(15) through the Internet network(11), and transmits/receives an HTML(HyperText Markup Language) file. A database management server(19) manages and controls a database(100) storing the data received through the Internet network(11). A job trading server(21) includes a member registration module, a member certification module, a searching/extracting module, a coordinates value setting module, a graphic providing module, and a trading information updating module.
