PURPOSE: An interface device between the medium access control(MAC) processors is provided to reduce the number of pins required to transform the parameters accompanying by each of the processor. CONSTITUTION: An interface device between the medium access control(MAC) processors includes a signal number processing block(21), a queue number processing block(22), a state processing block(23) and a parameter storage block(24). In the interface device, the signal number processing block(21) searches the number corresponding to the signal by analyzing the input signal inputted from the process. The queue number processing block(22) stores and manages the queue number of the output signal of the signal number processing block(21). The state processing block(23) supplies the data required to the state and the information in response to the output signal of the queue number processing block(22). And, the parameter storage block(24) supplies and store the data required to the processor by inputting the parameter numbers of the output signal of the state processing block(23).
