PURPOSE: An axial thrust removing apparatus for a submersible motor pump is provided to improve pumping force of the submersible motor pump by reducing an axial thrust of a rotor without increasing a total length of the submersible motor pump. CONSTITUTION: A motor is provided at a bottom of a housing. A filter section is provided at an upper portion of the motor so as to filter impurities contained in water. A pump section is positioned at an upper portion of the filter section so as to pump water through a rotating member(152). An axial thrust removing section(10) is coupled to an upper end of a rotating shaft(155) through a bolt in order to convert an exhaust route of water. The axial thrust removing section is formed at a center thereof with a bolt hole for receiving the bolt. A swirl-shaped slot is formed around the axial thrust removing section.
