PURPOSE: A device for issuing a card provided with RF issuing device is provided to prevent the damage of the card generated during the embossing process. CONSTITUTION: A device for issuing a card provided with RF issuing device includes RF issuing device body provided with a bracket-base(110), a plate-guide(113), a guide(114) and a plate-antenna(115) moved along the guide(114). The bracket-base(110) is provided with a main PCB(116) and the plate-guide(113) is provided with sensor PCB(117). In the device, the IC and magnetic is issued at the card with moving in response to the set signal, while the card is sent through the stacker after the embossing and the laminating are performed.
