<p>The device (1) has an applicator (2) applying a product (P) on eyelashes or eyebrows and comprising an elongated core and teeth rows. The teeth rows are connected to respective longitudinal faces of the core. Each teeth row has a set of teeth connected by making an angle with a normal to the corresponding face of the core, and another set of teeth connected by making another angle with the normal to the corresponding face of the core.
