A selective shredder for fine comminution of vegetable material comprises a body, a receiving tank made as a volute, inside the body a shaft is mounted horizontally, on which a disk with toothed knives is fixed in such a manner as to allow rotating, and on the circular surface of the disk blades are fixed at angle of 20C. In front of the disk with the toothed knives an intermediate disk is mounted. It is a part of the body of the shredder and has an opening, arranged in the centre and the second opening which is ¾ of the area of the disk. The tank adjoins to the opening of the intermediate disk by ¾ of the area of the disk by outlet thereof. The distance between the intermediate disk and the teeth of the knives of the disk is no larger than 1 mm, and blades for unloading the comminuted raw material from the grinder are fixed on the reverse side of the disk of the shredder. |
