A springy clutch has installed in coaxial positions driving 1 and driven 2 half-clutches with flanges, those have bosses; at that the bosses of the flange of one of the half-clutches are placed between the bosses of the of the flange of the other half-clutch. At one of the flanges the bosses are arranged as rays 4 with same width, and at the other flange the bosses are arranged as rays broadening towards the outer circle of the flange. At that between the bosses of the flanges of different half-clutches channels are formed in which springy elements 5 as bands or V-like plates made of polyurethane are placed. The springy clutch can be equipped additionally with at least one insert.
