PURPOSE: A fuel cut device of a vehicle is provided to prevent explosion by automatically restricting leakage of fuel from plural fuel pipes connecting a fuel tank to an engine at a traffic accident. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cut device of a vehicle comprises an auxiliary tank(1) connected to a fuel supply pipe, a return pipe and a vapor tube; a first check valve(3) installed between the auxiliary tank and the supply pipe to form the passage from the supply pipe to the auxiliary tank; a second check valve(5) installed between the auxiliary tank and the return pipe to form the passage from the return pipe to the auxiliary tank; a third check valve(9) passing liquid fuel from the vapor tube to the auxiliary tank; an emergency pump(7) pumping fuel passing the first check valve and the second check valve into the auxiliary tank; a shutoff valve(19) isolating the return pipe into the fuel tank; a sensor(17) detecting an accident; and a control unit(15) controlling the emergency pump and the shutoff valve according to information of the sensor.
